Camp Benefits

Swimming

Campers will enjoy excellent swim coaching. Our staff have been coaching triathletes and swimmers for many years. The swim focus is on technique and individual feedback; rather than "getting in a workout". Our swim clinic combined with practical follow up will take your swimming to a new level.

Cycling

This camp focuses heavily on the bike component. The time of year and location dictate the need for large cycling volume. You will have a specific protocol for each ride and get lots of feedback from all our coaches on your riding style and position. We take in the best rides that Tucson has to offer, including scenic Gates Pass, Sanoita, and Mt. Lemon. All rides are completely controlled and safe. We have a "Sag" van following the longer rides. This is ideal for refueling and carrying your extra gear. You need to bring warm bike gear due to the desert climate and our ascent up Mt. Lemon.

Running

Balance your run ability on all fronts. We give you an option for "Run-offs" during the camp. As well you take in two spectacular trail runs in Sabino Canyon. You need to bring SOLID trail shoes for these runs. Perhaps most beneficial is the easy technical run session. Here Peter Reid leads you through drills and explains the form that enabled him to be one of the sport's greatest runners.
